Tara is one of the few retreat centers that does not overlap or double book retreats. Your group will have exclusive use of the space during your stay here, unless other arrangements are made.
Small Group Full Facility Rental (one week, six nights, exclusive use)
Deposit: $2000
(Exclusive use is chosen by some facilitators who expect smaller group size--under 12 people--but wish to hold the entire space and rooms anyway, to keep the intimacy of their group. It is a flat fee for use of the entire space, and covers accommodations up to 12 people for six nights).
All Group retreats subject to a cleaning fee of $250 and a Damage deposit of $250. The Damage deposit is refunded after the cleaning of the center, with any damage deducted therefrom.
Payment Policy:
All payments are due in full 60 days prior to retreats. Payments and deposits are non-refundable within 90 days of scheduled retreats. Cancellations prior to 90 days before scheduled retreat dates forfeit 50% of the deposit. 50% can be credited to a future retreat.
